Stan Covington
Stan’s interest in dogs started many years ago as a youngster growing up on military bases and going to watch the military police train their dogs. He has been hooked ever since!
Stan has been training dogs now for over 25 years for both pet training and in the sport of IGP (Schutzhund). In Schutzhund, Stan has titled three German Shepherd Dogs to the IGP3 level and one to national level. He is currently training his young dog, Jack, to compete and title in the sport as well.
Stan also has a great deal of experience handling aggressive dogs that most other trainers will not handle. He excels at successfully handling and rehabilitating dogs with aggression from insecurity to powerful, dominant dogs, with aggression stemming from dominance and confidence.
